Who we are
Hello, and welcome to Forever Light Ministries — a place where Scripture, reflection, and the beauty of God’s creation meet beneath the stars.
My name is Rob, and I founded Forever Light Ministries out of a desire to help people slow down, look up, and rediscover the wonder of God’s presence through His Word and His world. For as long as I can remember, the night sky has captivated me — its vastness, its silence, its steady reminder that the same God who stretched out the heavens knows each of us personally and calls us by name.
Forever Light grew out of that awe. It’s a ministry shaped by a simple conviction: that when we pause long enough to see God’s fingerprints in creation, our hearts become more open to hearing His voice in Scripture. Under the canopy of the stars, we learn again that the God who is infinitely big is also intimately near.
Our Purpose
Each week, we step beneath those same stars and listen for God’s voice through His Word. In a world that moves quickly and speaks loudly, Forever Light Ministries exists to help you slow down — to breathe, to look upward, and to rediscover that God still speaks with clarity, beauty, and power. Every devotional pairs a meaningful biblical passage with one of my original astrophotography images — each one captured during quiet hours beneath the night sky. These images are more than photographs; they are moments of worship frozen in time, created as a visual reminder of the Creator’s glory and His nearness to us.
As the camera gathers light over long exposures, so too do these devotionals invite you to gather truth, carefully and unhurried. They are not designed to rush you through Scripture or overwhelm you with information. Instead, they create space for you to rest, to listen, and to let God’s Word settle gently into the places where you need it most. Each week you’re encouraged to linger — to explore how the passage connects to your life, to see how creation reflects God’s character, and to open your heart to Him through reflection, prayer, journaling, and thoughtful application.
These weekly rhythms are meant to awaken wonder. When you see a nebula, galaxy, or starfield illuminated on your screen, you’re seeing the very handiwork of the God who breathed the Scriptures into existence. Creation and the Bible stand together as two faithful witnesses, each testifying to the same glorious truth: the God who crafted the universe is the same God who calls you His own.
Our purpose is simple:
to help you see Scripture and creation as two witnesses pointing to the same glorious God, and to walk with you as you grow in deeper worship, wonder, and spiritual maturity.
Here, beneath the splendor of His heavens, we learn to recognize His voice, respond to His presence, and live anchored in His truth.
