About Our Store

FLM 3D & Astro offers 3D printed products, custom 3D printed items, faith-inspired creations, home and desk items, décor, planters, organizers, and astro digital downloads created from images captured locally with our personal telescopes.

Product Information

We do our best to display product descriptions, colors, sizes, materials, and photos as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, filament availability, lighting, and the handmade nature of 3D printed items.

3D printed products may have visible layer lines or slight variations. These are normal characteristics of the 3D printing process.

Product Use and Safety

Unless specifically stated, our 3D printed products are intended for decorative, organizational, or light household use.

Products are not intended to be used as toys, food-safe items, heat-resistant items, dishwasher-safe items, microwave-safe items, or outdoor products unless clearly stated in the product description.

Some items may contain small parts and may not be suitable for young children.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are quoted individually based on size, material, design time, complexity, and production schedule.

We reserve the right to decline any custom order request that does not align with our values, our capabilities, copyright or trademark rules, or our current production schedule.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use any image, logo, character, name, brand, or design submitted for a custom order.

Custom orders are final sale once approved or once production begins.

Digital Downloads

Digital astro downloads are for personal use only unless otherwise stated.

You may not resell, redistribute, upload, share, or claim our digital downloads as your own work.

Commercial use requires written permission from FLM 3D & Astro.

Orders and Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Orders must be paid in full before production or shipment unless another written arrangement has been made.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, inappropriate custom requests, or requests that conflict with our values.

Charitable Giving

FLM 3D & Astro donates 20% of sales to charitable causes and ministries. The current giving focus may change over time and will be updated on our website.

Purchases made through FLM 3D & Astro are not considered tax-deductible charitable donations to the customer.
