Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with FLM 3D & Astro. We carefully create and package each order to help ensure it arrives safely.

Processing Times

Most ready-made physical products are processed within 3–7 business days.

Custom orders and made-to-order items may require additional production time depending on the size, complexity, design work, and current order volume.

If an item has a longer processing time, it will be noted in the product description or communicated during the custom order process.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the order size, weight, shipping destination, and available carrier options.

Shipping Carriers

We may ship orders through carriers such as USPS, UPS, or other available shipping services.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

Please note that delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, or incorrect addresses are outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, FLM 3D & Astro is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking information. You may also contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Digital Products

Digital downloads are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.
