Refund policy
Return and Refund Policy
At FLM 3D & Astro, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Because many of our items are 3D printed, handmade, custom-made, or digital products, please review our return and refund policy before placing an order.
Physical Products
We accept returns on eligible physical products within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused
- In the same condition it was received
- Returned in its original packaging when possible
- Not a custom, personalized, clearance, or final sale item
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we made an error with the order.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Custom and Personalized Orders
Custom and personalized orders are final sale once the design has been approved or production has begun.
Because these items are made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or cancellations unless the item arrives damaged or there was an error on our part.
Please review all spelling, names, dates, colors, sizing, and custom details carefully before approving your order.
Digital Downloads
Digital downloads, including astro images and downloadable files, are non-refundable once purchased or accessed.
If you experience an issue accessing your digital download, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:
Cicstar@FLM3DAstro.com
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review the issue and work with you on a replacement, refund, or store credit when appropriate.
Natural Variations in 3D Printed Items
Our 3D printed products are created layer by layer. Small layer lines, slight color variations, minor surface differences, or small imperfections may occur and are normal for 3D printed items. These do not qualify as defects unless they affect the function or appearance of the product in a significant way.
